Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are final.

Exchanges & Refunds

All Neriah Mani products are handmade and made fresh to order, therefore all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

The only exception is if you receive an item that is visibly damaged on arrival or an entirely wrong product was sent.

In this case, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@neriah-mani.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or wrong item.

Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to assess all claims before issuing a resolution. Approved refunds can take 5–10 working days to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances
