Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are final.

Exchanges & Refunds

Having second thoughts about your order? That's totally fine.

In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your order being delivered to request your refund.

Send us an email (help@neriah-mani.com) with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange.

Due to the nature of our custom handmade products, we do not accept returns or make any exchanges on Press-On Nails, Cuticle Oil & Body Stuff (except in the case of products delivered in a defective or damaged state. If so, email help@neriah-mani.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product).

The customer will be expected to cover the return shipping cost. Once we have inspected the product, we will issue a refund. 

Refunds can take 5 - 10 working days to appear in your account. You may also be offered a replacement or shop credit rather than a refund.

Note: Shipping charges are not refunded
