Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Once your order has been dispatched you should receive a dispatch message. Please log into your account to check the status of your order.

Please note that all orders placed after 5 pm will not be processed until the following working day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm & on Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped Neriah Mani is no longer responsible or liable. Neriah Mani is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

The courier may try to contact you to arrange delivery so please make sure you input the correct email address and contact phone number so this can be done. If you know you have missed your delivery, please try to contact the courier to arrange collection or re-delivery of your order.

If your order is returned to us by the courier due to the fact you have missed your delivery by the courier or no one can receive your delivery, further charges will be incurred.
